Just to recap before we find you the perfect tenant, you will require the following, which we can assist with if required.
- Gas Safety check (if applicable)
- Electrical Safety check
- Carbon Monoxide Alarm (if applicable)
- Smoke alarm on every floor
- Legionella check
- EPC
What we require from you:
- Proof that the property is owned by you ie mortgage statement, property deeds.
- If mortgaged, proof of buy-to-let
- Landlords building Insurance to cover tenants
- Passport/I.D
- National Insurance numbers
