We are able to offer a bespoke service to second home owners and holiday home owners by way of key holding and frequent visits to the property during vacant periods to ensure that the property is secure, safe and that there are no leaks or damage due to adverse weather conditions.

Should the need arise for maintenance or repairs, we will instruct or meet and liaise with contractors, so that works can be carried out and inspected, giving peace of mind to owners that we are always on hand ensuring your property is being cared for.
