The People Behind Mayflower Lettings 

Mayflower Lettings has been born out of a genuine desire by two people, Jayne and John Moss to provide a truly independent company with old fashioned values, a transparent, flexible and fair management fee structure for Landlords with an innovative and can do approach, culminating from over 25 years of experience in the business. From the start, we took the decision to become a prominently internet based company allowing us flexibility to perform our management services in and outside of normal working hours thus providing a truly comprehensive service.

We wanted our name to reflect and be synonymous with the beautiful area that we now live. In 2020  it was the 400 year anniversary of the Mayflower Ship docking in Dartmouth, before sailing to America  and so decided that this should  be our new company name.

We are passionate about our service and firmly believe that everyone deserves to be treated fairly and with respect.

Not only are we fully up to date with all the new laws and regulations, enabling us to advise accordingly, we have also invested in the latest software technology to ensure all our Landlords and Tenants receive a First Class service and providing them with access to their accounts online to give them an up to date picture of the Tenancy.

The world has gone through turbulent times and despite the current doom and gloom , we have received local support and been amazed at the demand from Tenants seeking available properties in both the South Hams and Torbay. Our biggest challenge to date is acquiring Landlords with available properties to facilitate the growing demand from Tenants.
